About me

Hi, I'm Reuben. I am an eighth grader in Lincoln, NE. I am a member of Builders club and have been in philanthropic organizations like Kiwanis since 3rd grade. I play 3rd chair trombone in our school's band and am 1st chair trombone in the select Jazz Ensemble.

What's this all about?

 I am trying to go on the eighth grade "Close Up" trip to Washington D.C. and to New York City. The only problem is that I need money... badly. I have to raise over $2,300 to go and I need all the help I can get. The trip will take a group of eighth graders to our nations shining capitol Washington D.C. for four days, the Gettysburg battlefield for one day, and the lights of New York City for two more days. I really would like to make this amazing opportunity a reality for myself, and get to learn more about our country then I have ever known.
